Terms of use

These terms apply to the SignalCast preview operated by Daniel Martin Shepherd, Jr. under the IMPL brand. The requested entity name and formation status are disclosed on the publisher page.

The service

SignalCast provides general market research, public data and editorial probability estimates. It does not accept wagers, hold trading funds, execute trades, offer leverage, or automatically copy wallets. It is independent of Polymarket and other market operators. Use the service only where lawful and if you are at least 18 years old.

Preview and subscriptions

The public preview includes only the features visibly available. Broader research, calibrated wallet ratings, automatic resolution scoring and notifications remain in development. The planned price is $29.99 per month, but no subscription is active and no payment is collected here. Joining the launch list is optional and is not a purchase.

Before any paid enrollment, the checkout will disclose the confirmed merchant, included service, price, taxes, recurring renewal, cancellation and refund terms. No existing preview visitor will be charged automatically. Current pricing descriptions are not evidence that the paid product is ready.

Research limitations

Probabilities are estimates, not facts, guarantees, personalized financial advice or promises of profit. Sources can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and our analysis can be wrong. A correct directional call does not establish profitable execution. Review the research and risk disclosure before relying on the service.

Accounts and acceptable use

Protect your sign-in account and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access other users’ records, interfere with collection or scoring, misrepresent our conclusions, bypass access controls, or overload the service. Do not submit sensitive personal or payment information in scorecard notes.

Content and records

You retain your rights in the notes you submit and permit us to store and display them to you to operate your scorecard. Market data and cited content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. SignalCast’s original forecasts remain dated; later revisions and verified outcomes should be recorded separately.

Availability and rights

The preview is offered as available and may change or be interrupted. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted service, perfect data or any particular result. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
