Terms of use

These terms apply to the SignalCast service operated by Daniel Martin Shepherd, Jr. under the IMPL brand. The requested entity name and formation status are disclosed on the publisher page.

The service

SignalCast provides general market research, public data and editorial probability estimates. It does not accept wagers, hold trading funds, execute trades, offer leverage, or automatically copy wallets. It is independent of Polymarket and other market operators. Use the service only where lawful and if you are at least 18 years old.

Membership and payment

The public research preview is available without a subscription. Paid membership is available only when secure checkout is enabled on your account page. Signing in or joining the launch list does not charge you.

When offered, SignalCast Research costs USD $29.99 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Checkout displays the total and any applicable tax before you confirm. Membership provides the research and tools listed on the membership page; forecasts are editorial estimates and are not guaranteed outcomes. Native mobile apps, calibrated wallet ratings and notifications are not included as currently available features.

Access, cancellation and refunds

Paid access begins after Stripe confirms payment. You can cancel future renewal through Manage billing on your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and access continues through that period. A failed renewal does not extend access beyond the period already paid for.

Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed period. If you were charged incorrectly or paid access was not delivered, contact daniel@inmypocketlabs.com with your account email and billing date. We review refund requests and correct confirmed billing errors and failures to provide purchased access. Do not email card details. This policy does not limit rights provided by applicable law.

Research allowance

The $29.99 monthly plan includes 20 newly requested analyses per UTC calendar month, resetting on the first day of the month, and unlimited reading of saved research. Failed or unavailable analyses do not consume this monthly allowance. Daily capacity limits apply to protect service availability. Unused allowance does not roll over.

Additional analysis credits

When enabled, members may buy 10 additional analyses for a one-time USD $9.99 payment. Purchases never recharge automatically. Monthly allowance is used first; purchased credits carry forward without a monthly reset and require an active membership to use. Failed or unavailable analyses return their credit. Daily capacity limits still apply. Refunded or reversed payments remove the corresponding purchased credits. Contact support for a billing correction or refund review under the policy above.

Research limitations

Probabilities are estimates, not facts, guarantees, personalized financial advice or promises of profit. Sources can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect, and our analysis can be wrong. A correct directional call does not establish profitable execution. Review the research and risk disclosure before relying on the service.

Accounts and acceptable use

Protect your sign-in account and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not attempt to access other users’ records, interfere with collection or scoring, misrepresent our conclusions, bypass access controls, or overload the service. Do not submit sensitive personal or payment information in scorecard notes.

Content and records

You retain your rights in the notes you submit and permit us to store and display them to you to operate your scorecard. Market data and cited content remain subject to their respective owners’ rights. SignalCast’s original forecasts remain dated; later revisions and verified outcomes should be recorded separately.

Availability and rights

The service may be interrupted when upstream sources are unavailable. A missing or unverified source is shown as unavailable; it is not replaced with an invented probability. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant uninterrupted service, perfect data or any particular result. Nothing in these terms removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
